Whats wrong in what he says. He earns 3/4th of his revenue from freight and remaining from passenger services. On top of that he charges extra from freight to cross subsidize the passenger services. The least he can do is to give an ear to their woes. All those grievances you listed like lack of amenities and new rakes etc need money right? Where's the money going to come from?

Zones cannot take Wap 7s and LHB rakes. They are allotted to them by RB. Only we here get bugged up with no WAP 7s and no LHBs. Wap 7 or nothing else, LHB rake or nothing else we say. Its is completely irrelevant IMO. The cry over trains not getting WAP 7s is in my opinion the most kiddish , unproductive and pointless discussions on IRI. I may not be such a great railfan but I am least bothered ( and so are the railways) if my pet train/s gets a WAP 1 or WAM4 or WAP7.
