Looking at the pace of the work, it will be very difficult to complete it by 2020...
I would really like to see the ROI in this project. You spend truckloads of money and then give subsidized train tickets, all from the taxpayer's money, I simply cant accept that. 20% / 30% hurts and it better be used well.
