Excessive coaches in one train ...
If IR wants to follow the SC directions in and has any Concience left , IR must declare that One More Coach in SL class will be a hazaradd to travelling public and also to operational staff.... Better use the funds for Bullet trains to buy New Locos and use the Same for the existing 24 coaches trains to be divided into Two : one for SL and one for Upper Classes ... both will run...
