To my knowledge.. IR is giving more preference where there is more freight movement.. In SC-SBC section.. freight movement will be only in the HUP-GTL section GTL-RU sections and I feel that is the reason they were given preference.. I think Guntakal division has already started doubling works between Kallur-Guntakal (i saw in news recently).. If we go by this.. YNK-DMM and FM-DHONE doubling will take time..

What you said is exactly correct, Ir being a organization looks where we get profits and how to increase revenue.
Yeah for that doubling of GTL-Kalluru max funds were given in budj.
YNK-DMM will not take more time,will be able to get good funds this budj...probably PUNE-GLT and GTL-DMM will be completed in near by gap only.

line of DVD-GDR is less compartively yes its initial stage only but still need to give good progress
Coming to FM-DHNE and Bibinagar-Gnt will be little consideration due to flow of traffic.
I am seeing so many projects going in SCR either doubling or tripling or new line or electrification or bypall lanes,satisfying every project will be tough with the share what SCR gets from RB.
But very less development and conc on infra lke new terminals and pit lines.

Currently SCR is handling 10 New lane projects where some good progress of works and 3 triple line project and 4 Doubling lanes
Almost 17Projects is not a small task and still its duty of SCr to think of Gauge conversion in Khandwa-Akola route
