So thats the reason some SBC trains were shifted to BNC and later could be sent to BYPL...It was mentioned as below in recent TT changes list released by RB to Zones.

Going by this in future if the BYPL is ready these may operate from there.

Hope the metro gets completed soon. And also connectivity from BYPL to the eastern/southern points like Whitefield, Electronic city etc also has to be improved ( at least bus/local train connectivity if not Metro phase 2). In the current state, it is absolutely useless as a transit point due to lack of even regular bus facilities from the crowded Whitefield side.
It will also be useful if some SBC-MYS trains with base maintenance at Mysore are extended till WFD or KJM as both stations have PF space to accommodate a train for short periods and passengers also need not spend 2 hours ( even more during working days ) in reaching SBC. They can also help commuters...
