Jab tak P4 retire nahi ho jaate tab tak wait karna padega 3-phasers k liye... Tab tak toh WAP8 aur 9 bhi chalne lag jaayenge :D

Good move... but the IR need to look into the IRI's Rail Budget category. :) :P
Statistics de diya toh isi liye Re# 1681714-14 mein. TATA is capable of homing WAP-7 too but not taken deliberately. (Inspection Officers said this several times after checking TATA ELS)
