I think it will be like you will be fined about 30rs which is similar to current case when you dont have sms and print. The rule of writing full name has come to justify ur ID.Well nowdays in e ticket tte not used to see msz they only interested in i card. Also if u r onbaord train u can make sms easily :)

What if I don't use mobile phone? Are they compelling people to own a mobile? This means only people having mobile phones can travel in train. Railway should not forget that there are millions of people who can't afford even both ends meet, it is impossible for them to get a mobile.
