Pune PMC have to construct several free ordinary Latrines and premium Latrine with cost so as the local person doesn't enter into train compartments.
Pune division also construct free latrines in all the platforms in both ends and premium latrine with cost.Every coach length in all platforms closed dust pins have to be provided .CCTV Camera watching have to be done to catch offenders .Only valid ticket holders have to be permitted to enter in all the platforms.
Strictly watched and no one permitted to enter in to the toilets...
