Failure rate of 3 phase locos are very high and this happens quite often especially in harsh climatic conditions. RDSO is doing research to overcome these failure but still these problems persist. WAG9 has highest failures reported. You could check more on eloco website.

RDSO can achieve just nothing :) i dont have faith in RDSO or CRS..
