If railways want to earn profit for modernization, then they can opt for Tatkal Fare special trains. Which will help railways to increase there profit instead of introducing any Flexi fare system. Let the premium trains run with normal fare system and if possible put a clone train on standby to cater passengers on the day of heavy wait list or festive season with Tatkal fare.
MUMBAI-DELHI flights are very cheap. If u can plan a month ahead u get cheap rates. And given the commercial improtance you have a flight every 30 mins.
