Mumbai: An attempt by NCP MLA Jitendra Awhad and his supporters to stage a rail roko (rail block) at the suburban Kalwa station in neighbouring Thane...
Thank God & RPF+GPF, the attept was foiled. A successful Rail Roko for 15 minutes can create "Elphinston Road stampede incident" type crowd at several suburban railway stations and possibility of many stampedes and deaths.
They style of protest by our elected representative give a realistic but sorry picture of where our country is being led to by our so called leaders.
