The suburban rail network is set to get its biggest boost with the railways finalising a project to quadruple the tracks between Bengaluru Cantonment and Whitefield...
Adding two more tracks between City and Cantonment stations required demolition of several high-rise buildings....not sure how the railways will handle the same !!......There is a main road right next to KR puram station, high rise building Prestige, MLR convention center etc etc etc.
It might be easy to send proposals but not sure if the implementation will that much easy
