ICF can Still make Use of renewable Energy by installing Solar panels on its roof which generates electricity which can be fed to these lighting and other Source of works. i dont know ICF have this facility already if its their then thats good savings else they can move to this Renovation and also it will be Best if it Get LEED Ratings for its Building then it will be green building.
