* It seems that politicians believe that announcement of a premium train like Rajdhani/ Shatabdi/ Humsafar etc shall garner them more votes. So they vouch for introduction od premium trains from their constituencies/states.
* That's why we see operation to just 2 weekly ACSFs from Naharlagun to Delhi and not a single SF!!
* Either they want to run trains for themselves and not public or they think only rich people should travel by trains.
