Passenger need to be careful while crossing or on board such incident falling from Hutatma SF Exp train i saw between Daund jn - Kurudwadi jn. Train depart Daund jn a Water bottle vendor carryin Box of water bottles on his head fell down due to Windage force hit his Box which was flat in area made more pressure on it and made him fall out of coach.He was lucky enough as their was no other crossing train on next double line else it will be worse as he fell down just near to double line. Always some forces act on us which we never see so better to not show off in doors which lot of Mumbai Local train youngsters do standin in door and get hit by Poles..
