Where IR will have world class station without investing their money and it will help in increasing passenger amenities as well as revenue for govt too bcoz railway is giving station and its land for 50 years or 99 years (diff time period in different stations) onto the lease you can say
After the time period pvt company will set to leave and station infrastructure will be back to IR but revenue share will be divided

So it will 0% loss or investment for IR in developing station.
