Metro in Kanpur has been overwhelming for the Kanpurities/Kanpuriyas but it jst joy ride + new year for now.

I myself reached metro stn @ 5:30am on 29dec (when it was drizzling n travelled for a distance of 7km from home)

decent footfalls remains. Smart Card yet to be issued. QR code ticket or manual ticket are adding to chaos at ticket counter. Automatic Ticket Vending Machine (ATVM) yet to be installed.
