I faced problem due to cancellation of AC local service in the morning. WR should try to get at least one standby rake specially for peak hours because if you don't provide AC service then it is akin to cheating the passengers who have paid extra money for availing this service. There is a gap of minimum 30 minutes during peak hours in morning so there is no alternative option for people to go to office either. I have seen 1 AC rake lying in the virar yard probably for repair work. Its lying there since last 4-5 months but not getting ready it seems. This is a serious failure on the part of WR
