an ambitious target of completion by 2027. The project also includes a 23 km extension from Yelahanka to Devanahalli, financed by the European Investment Bank. The project's goal is to alleviate Bengaluru's traffic issues with a total 148 km suburban rail network. Despite a reduced budget compared to the previous year, the project is progressing with a combination of central and state funding and alternative sources. The project, which has been stalled for 40 years, is expected to be completed within the next 40 months, with support from the central government.

Project mein Yelahanka se Devanahalli tak 23 km ka extension bhi hai, jiske liye European Investment Bank loan de raha hai. Project ka aim Bengaluru ke traffic problems ko kam karna hai, aur total 148 km ka suburban rail network banaya jaayega. Pichhle saal ke budget se thoda kam hone ke baavajood, project aage badh raha hai, aur central aur state governments ke saath saath alternative sources se funding mil rahi hai. 40 saal se rukha hua yeh project, aagle 40 months mein complete hone ka target hai, aur central government is project ko support kar rahi hai.
