A relief engine arrived at 10:24 AM and brought the train to Bharthana station. Passengers were subsequently transported to Kanpur via different trains. A special train was arranged at 2:45 PM to take them from Kanpur to Varanasi. Railway authorities ensured that the passengers' food and other needs were met during the delay.

Mandal ke PRO Amit Singh ne bataya ki train number 22436, New Delhi–Varanasi Vande Bharat Express ke engine mein technical problem aayi. Unhone bataya ki yeh train Bharthana-Samho ke beech technical problem ke wajah se ruk gayi. Ek relief engine 10:24 AM pe pahuncha aur train ko Bharthana station pe le gaya. Passengers ko different trains ke through Kanpur bheja gaya. Singh ne bataya ki passengers ko Kanpur se Varanasi bhejne ke liye ek special train 2:45 PM pe arrange ki gayi. Yeh train Vande Bharat ke passengers ko lekar Varanasi ke liye chali gayi. Is dauraan, railway ne passengers ki khane-peene ki zaruriyat ko dhyaan mein rakhte hue saari arrangements kiye.
