Passengers can use the terminals to buy tickets at specific stations including Dakshineswar, Dum Dum, Belgachia, Shobhabazar-Sutanuti, Esplanade, Rabindra Sadan, and Jatin Das Park. The service will also be available at Howrah Maidan and Howrah stations. A total of 23 handheld terminals are being deployed across these stations for trial purposes. Metro staff will be moving around ticketless areas near booking counters to assist passengers with ticket purchases. These terminals can also verify QR code-based tickets and other valid documents.

Metro staff ticketless area mein booking counter ke paas ghumte rahenge, jisse aap cash se tickets kharidne mein time waste nahin karenge.
