Quite pathetic to see this. We passengers keep demanding new trains and so on but show very little regard for cleanliness irrespective of which category/class of service it is .

Getting powerful Diesel Loco to haul Tejas at 160kmph is not an issue at all, as WDP4 has already done 180 kmph during Talgo trials.
The real issue is to have/upgrade the tracks which can sustain the impact of Tejas at 160kmph.

Lol so people travel in 3 AC just to enjoy a difference of 3-4 degrees? If every thing is regulated and controlled and subsidized in the country, it will be in tatters in a few decades. Those who can afford 3 AC will pay and travel. Those who can afford 2AC will travel in that class, those who cant travel in these will travel in sleeper and those who cant travel in sleeper will squeeze himself in general.
According to your logic, I will travel in 3AC but I want cheap tariffs there also. Suggest you to read some basic economics sir.

Also rather than eradicating ac2 railway should use ac2 cum 3 coaches more as it would be helpful for railway & travelers looking dor ac2

The Indian Railways has dismissed food service of a Varanasi-based catering contractor over several complaints regarding the food quality in the premium Swarna Jayanti Ahmedabad Rajdhani....
Since the train is used by the BJP and RSS members and due to food quality the contractor was dismissed what about the people to whom the food is served at high price and low quality
I have heard that 12958 food is supplied by IRCTC Noida is one of two trains (other being 12260) and it has the best food among premium trains departing NDLS.
