jishnuthakur12301^~ 8851 blog postsSealdah - Ajmer Express should have a halt for atleast 2 minutes at Dakshineswar. Previously Lal Quila Express was the only option for Dakshineswar to Delhi, now Lal Quila Express is cancelled permanently and there is no train from Dakshineswar to Delhi. If Sealdah - Ajmer Express gets halt at Dakshineswar, Passengers can deboard at Agra and then catch any Delhi Bound train from Agra.

Member115207AKA281110~ 1359 blog postsI was thinking yesterday night, there is no space to construct a new Bridge between DAKE & BLYG. Swami Vivekananda Bridge/Willingdon Bridge/Bally Bridge is still going strong at 95 yrs old. At 2029, the bridge will turn 100 yrs & will be outliving its capacity period as per Indian Railways rule. Construction of this Bridge was started in 1925 & was thrown open for rail & road on 1929.
