Railways should increase it's frequency from bi weekly to tri weekly by changing days of departure of this train because currently this train depart from Bhagat ki kothi on Monday and Thursday and after changing days this train will depart from Bhagat ki kothi on Monday Wednesday Friday and for fulfilling slot of Thursday railways should permanently regularize 04713/14 Bikaner Bandra Terminus special on Thursday and railways should also change timing of this train (20483/84) like this -

From Bikaner timing can be Bikaner 15:00 Jodhpur 19:30-19:40 Jalor 21:42-21:45 Mahesana 02:30-02:32 Viramgam 03:30-03:35 Rajkot 08:00 am. From Rajkot at 19:00 pm Viramgam 23:00-23:05 Mahesana 00:06-00:08 Jalor 04:50-04:53 Jodhpur 07:10-07:25 Bikaner 12:30 pm. This train need only one rake and it's primary maintenance can be done at Rajkot station with coach composition of 6 sleeper, 5 3rd ac, 1 2nd ac, 4 general, and 2 slr or guard coach total 18 coaches.
