The goods train was travelling at approximately 45 kmph at the time of the accident. The cause of the signal failure was attributed to lightning and thunderstorms. The incident is currently under investigation, with the Commissioner of Railway Safety conducting a detailed inquiry. The locopilot of the goods train violated speed restrictions, as he was required to travel at 15 kmph with caution, looking for obstructions. Goods train accident ke time almost 45 kmph ki speed se chal raha tha. Signal failure ka reason lightning aur thunderstorms ko bataya gaya hai. Is incident ki investigation Commissioner of Railway Safety kar rahe hain. Goods train ka locopilot speed restrictions ko violate kiya, kyunki use 15 kmph ki speed se, saawdhan rahte hue, kisi bhi obstruction ko dekhte hue chalna chahiye tha.
