Use this train as your first preference. Faster than the Mail, also ISO certified and comes with LHB coaches. Since Mail is the most preferred option, ticket booking might be slightly easier in this compared to the Mail.

Passengers who want to travel to NVL or CUPJ from MS, you can buy UR ticket from MS itself upto NVL or CUPJ and can use PALLAVAN-- CUPJ PASS (56806) combo with transfer at VRI.. as i am a regular traveller of this chain will do this everytime.. since transfer timings are very short, u cannot buy tickets at VRI..

We reserved our Berths between Bengaluru (SBC) and Nanjungud town. All the coaches were fully packed with crowd and reservation has no meaning here. Authorities never visited during our onward and return journey. We need to fight for our berths to the people who pre-occupied it and even after it, they are sitting with you sharing the seats. Travel was not peaceful and hygiene.
