I have personally seen the new TB of this train and its very nice, but this train is not utkrisht ye sirf bahar se paint kiya gaya hai utkrisht livery mein andar se its the same old coach
Mostly utkrisht rakes me sirf bahar se paint kiya hua hai. Wo b itni ghatiya tarike se ki window ki jali ander se blue hi dikhti. Jo dikhne me or jada bekar lagti

22928 Lokshakti Express at Bandra Terminus captured on 31st December morning. In terms of utkrisht its not upto mark only AC classes were fully utkrisht
In sleeper class only the exterior painting was done and the washbasin was changed.
In general compartment only exterior painting was done and nothing else.
Only 12971/72 Bhavnagar Express and 19217/18 can be considered as the ideal utkrisht...
