This is not something unique. There are many such examples available over IR. Some more examples:
17235/36 SMVB - NJC Express( RSA with 17209/10 Seshadri Express) doesn't pass through SCR.
10215/16 MAO - ERS Express( RSA with 12449/50 Goa Sampark Kranti Express) doesn't pass through NR.

same with mysuru renigunta exp rake belongs to cr but the train doesnt pass thru cr

RA (Railway Saloon) is sometimes attached in this train from PRYJ-TDL-PRYJ or PRYJ-NDLS-PRYJ. RA Coach is ICF so restricted to 110 kmph in NCR
It should be between PF1 and PF2.
Departed sharp at 15:30 IPR PF3.
Ramp work almost completed on PF2-3, aluminium painting work going on.
Hilsa station ka haalat bahut kharab hai waha bhi platform height increase karne ki jarurat hai.
I hope and wish the same, but that day is not in near future it seems :(
See the toilets of the train...dirty, smelly, sticky. I recently travelled it was worst. Where is the money 5.37 crore getting spent? I always say, tender for cleaning toilets of mail/exp/sf trains is a scam in IR happening silently.
