Once again pathetic controlling by ECR and NCR.
What's the use of receiving Shipra more than 30 minutes before at platform and occupying the platform for long time.
Had the overtake not taken place, Northeast would have reached DDU and departed also before and Shipra would have already made it to DDU right time.

Best thing is that BPL-KTE via BINA is 400 kms & via JBP is 421 kms. So not a significant change in TT is reqd.
