Good to hear that people are reaching upto RM now for Ju-Pune train. This is definitely needed on this route. However, I have very little hopes considering the fact that RM has not done anything special for his hometown till now even though there were lot of hopes. Secondly, even if proposal is sent, I have doubt the WR/CR will given clearance to it citing saturation of the route. Once WDFC is running upto JNPT then WR/CR may allow such requests.

Ulta ek Pune Hisar Weekly bhi chalni chahiye via Degana. Yeh train ko har Thursdays ko chhodna chahiye Pune Jaipur ke slot mein.

Next year Rajasthan mein election hai, ho jayega don't worry. Abhi koi BJP MP uth k apna twitter pe daal dega ji bhai mein ne kar doya baas ho gaya fir.
IR ab political power se hi chalta hai, public ka aur zonal railways ka koi sunwai nehin hai. Political power ho toh zonal railways na bhi chahe tab bhi new trains mil jata hai election ko maddenazar rakhte hue bhale e election k baad woh train baandh kyun na ho jaye

I don't think this strategy will work. There has to be proper meeting with local MP and RM to take it further. Demand is genuine no doubt about it. However we have seen that Ju normally doesn't get daily long distance trains. Look at Ju-Chennai. What they gave was a weekly humsafar exp with dynamic fare and a longer route. So Ju-Pune daily looks a far fetched idea. We should be really thankful that they revised the TT and reduced the slack. Earlier it was really bad TT. 6 am departure from Ju- and 4 pm arrival at Pune. Really bad at both sides.
