Cnb aur lko morning ya night arrival rakhna tha, but nahin, ye dono taraf raat 1:30 aur 3 baje ka rakhenge taaki galti se bhi koi aadmi ticket lene ka soch na le.

Has WCR become too lazy? When it has so many rakes available, why doesn't it send proposals to RB for new/ special trains?
