Thanks, bro,....yes I am hoping that by January-Feb 2021, the situation may get better and under control. It's just a hope that I am keeping. Umeed pe duniya tiki hui hai. If the situation doesn't get better, then all plans are washed up.
I am a bit reluctant for the Puri-Okha express due to a very long journey route and timings. A very circular route is taken up. So understanding your advice, I will first visit Somnath directly, then will go to Dwarka and in end to Ujjain. So new planning need to be prepared by me.
You can also take Howrah-Okha from Kharagpur. It will also be convenient by using Dhauli. So you can take decision according to your suitability.

Yes You Can visit Somnath with in 2 Hour but remember you can't take any leather product or mobile inside temple
Rerouting can be helpful instead. Check out the shortest route via kota bina kmz bsp

Itna bhi congestion nahi hai ngp mein Jo CR sab secr trains ko bypass short terminate karne mein laga hua hai. Auto taxi gang lootega ab
Bacha kaun to ab....aur reversal wali ko hi bypass kiya ja Sakta hai ngp mein. Gondia- bhusawal route ki train ngp bypass nahi kar sakte.

South ki trains atleast by pass nhi krna tha 5 min m konsa line block hori h or itna hi h to Ajni m halt dedo train ka diversion bhut galat decision h.
