Recently I travelled in 12801 purushottam express in AC-2 tier, when train started moving flat wheel sound & Jerk started coming and sound was so loud and jerk was very horrible because of flat wheel that it was coming inside cabin and when break was applied then sound was more with more jerk. Whole journey we were unable to sleep. Regarding this I raised complaint and in kanpur, staff came and they found nothing and everything was perfect. Salute to railway engineer, passenger is complaining when train is moving then sound and Jerk is there but these engineer they did inspection when train was standing at kanpur Central. Attached image of there closing remarks of complaint. Now I understood the reason of these why thess many accidents now a days.

And when the brakes were applied, the noise and jerk got even worse, bro. We couldn't sleep for the whole journey. I lodged a complaint, and in Kanpur, the staff came but found nothing wrong - they said everything was fine. Hats off to the railway engineers, but it's kinda crazy that passengers are feeling the noise and jerk when the train's moving, but these engineers only checked it when it was parked at Kanpur Central, dude. I've attached a pic of their closing remarks for the complaint. Now I get why there are so many accidents these days, man.
