Presently the Rajdhanis, the Durontos, the AC express trains and all other ordinary LHB express trains are having exactly the same red color liveries. What do you feel does this thing makes degradation to the authenticity and class of Rajdhani?

Dibrugarh: In a brazen act of vandalism, miscreants snapped newly installed electric wires on railway lines near Selenghat station between Simaluguri and Mariani junction in Jorhat district, causing significant disruption to train services on Tuesday night.
Even though electricity was not yet supplied to the wires, the reckless action resulted in an extremely precarious situation for passengers. A few coaches of the 20503 Dibrugarh-New Delhi Rajdhani Express got entangled with the snapped electric wires lying on the tracks. It is suspected that the miscreants cut the electric wires to steal them.

On learning about the incident, railway officials dispatched technical personnel from Mariani junction to the scene to rectify the damage. The disruption had a cascading effect on the train schedule, leading to delays in the operation of several vital train services, including the Vivek Express, Kamrup Express and two Rajdhani Express trains running between Dibrugarh and New Delhi.
The affected trains were brought to a standstill until the 20503 Dibrugarh-New Delhi Rajdhani Express was disentangled and finally cleared at 1.35am on Wednesday, allowing the trains to resume their journeys. The trains originating from Dibrugarh were running behind schedule by more than four hours, NF railway officials said.
“The attempted sabotage of electric wires on the train lines is a serious offence that could have had catastrophic consequences. The Rajdhani Express, traveling at high speed, narrowly averted a potential disaster due to the quick thinking of the loco pilot and co-loco pilot. We are thankful that no serious harm was caused,” a railway official said.
A passenger aboard the delayed Rajdhani Express said, “It’s shocking to witness how miscreants can indulge in such a reckless act of vandalism which could have endangered the lives of so many passengers. I hope the authorities take strict action to prevent such incidents in the future.”
