Thay have added 2AC coach not 3AC. I think they need to allot the existing 3E passengers in the 8 3AC coaches that are present. Hence the reshuffle.
No you read wrongly. IR has been removed one 3AC Economy and added one 2AC coach.
But after reading notice by NER they said 3AC = 8 is constant so in sms why it is written about B8 coach removal. It's just confusion here create by railways.
