Sorry about the Shat example.
But the only logicless thing here is that instead of wasting pantry cars on short distance trains,IR should attach to some other trains which need them.

Which rake is this train using.. also 22402 is running using icf coaches.. where did it get icf coaches since JAT Rajdhani has not yet got lhb
