In continuation to my blog Entry# 1208622 I want to recapitulate that
all Duronto running throughout India with antiquated ICF Rake should be replaced with brand new High Speed LHB Rake at the earliest possible time to reinstate the status of this train literally.
Moreover LHB rake will be the "Perfect Choice" for this type of train which will help it's power(i.e loco)...

I agree with you completely
This blogger is totally freaked out about LHB and posting absurd and illogical posts.
He even says that by 2016 all trains will get LHB
Surely, wrong info and totally impossible.

It is possible though if madly LHB's are allotted ! But now there should be allotment of trains where there are required and tracks also. LHB's are future prospects but now the basic requirement is yet to be fulfilled by IR. My point is...if IR has provided a duronto then u are lucky enough !! LHB is something that is icing on the cake but at first the cake has to be made !!
agree.. sadly such blog posts are being made and are getting Great, Useful etc. from gullible folk. Common sense seems to be going out of the window.
This LHB theory is getting bad on RF's !! Classic is always better !

There are many other trains with low fares running on this route. Maybe this can be the reason behind it for not making this a daily train.
Can be done. But second rake required.
Odd arrivals at both puri & sdah.
TT needs to be pushed by 1 hr each on both sides then.

VB is a hot cake now. They will make this run daily instead of Duronto sf.
