Almost all trains from rmr are running empty, Chandigarh interxity, bandra t express, agra fort express are some examples. Even passenger trains to moradabad are not running to full capicity...

Yes you are right. But as this train reaches RMR at 23:35,makes it uncomfortable to travel. RMR do not have much local convenience at night. This train has two main halts RMR and KPV but train reaches very late at night so People do not like to travel in this. So timings should be improved. MB passengers are filled after KPV as a large number of commuter travel daily from MB to KPV for jobs
