I paid 370+23(service charges),the tickets automatically cancelled and refund amount showing 305, as for waiting list tickets they need to refund full I think.....
Clerical charges per passenger will be deducted..Not full refund, the terms of Full refund along with Clerical charges is in different scenario(s).

Bro, I respectfully disagree. Huge money is spent on online ticket booking system. So, such charges should be okay. I agree the charge is bit on higher side, but IR will say AC passenger can afford this much clerical charges.
Charges are there from long time they are like service charges there is lots of revenue generated for IR via such transactions.
Clerical charges are same across all reserved classes with AC or Non-AC , Rs.60 per head , for AC classes 5 rupees gets added.
