5. Seats not that cushioned, no food service like in Tejas/Vande Bharat.
You pay the fare of ordinary ACC so cannot expect food service as that of Tejas/ Shatabdi/Vande Bharat.
Regarding seats they are of bench type used in ordinary buses. Normal ACC seats are far better with cushion,better thigh support and slight pushback.

I expected to pay for ticket + food in such trains brother, ther would make journey a pleasant experience. I didn't look at what exact amount was charges from me.
Seats can be made more comfortable for sure..whatever type is being used.
