Yes it should be detached with RSA of Rajyarani Express so that it can get back to its old punctuality. The spare rake can be used as an ICE between Allahabad, Khajuraho or Kota.
Jabse iska RSA hua hai Meerut Rajyarani Express ke saath ye kabhi Jhansi time se nahi aayi.
recently 3A coach will be added from 7 March. Hope it gets permanent. Popularity ko dekhte hiye soon Railways ko 3rd CC bhi lagana padd sakta hai ismein.

Both can be run end to end. Rajya Rani can be extended upto Jhansi while Intercity can be extended upto Meerut/Saharanpur.
