So Passengers Will Get Refund Via Filing TDR from Station Or Automatically Get Refunded in Their Account
When the coach is downgraded e tickets refund in difference fare will automatically be credited to your account card/bank.
Not very sure but they need to go to station before 2 hours to collect the difference in fare either from reservation office or current office.
