Unnecessary halts should be removed and speed upgrade is needed for this slow express.

This is one of the rare express train in IR... This will get overtaken by 57229 passenger train between Rajahmundry to Visakhapatnam..
That is a test of the railways to know the generosity of the passengers in paying Exp fare for passenger service.
Most passenger changed express are having such OTs, should make early arrival at Vskp 6,6.30 it will be perfect ONT
The only obstacle of the train is the attitude of the ECoR by not allowing the train to reach VSKP early.Still the train stops at the stations in ECoR between VSKP and RGDA including passenger halts. .
EoCR wants to run it as intercity passenger maintaining sufficient gap with rayagada passenger and samatha exp from VSKP in both directions. Moreover stopping at all stations enable them to travel to VSKP and BZA as well as many from VZM dt travel for agricultural work in west Godavadri krishna and Guntur dts.
