train no 02398 shedule dep. 23.00 from ANVT on 01/12/12 was reported late dep. by 16 h. by ANVT enquiry desplay board. Further on 02/12/12 it was reported 25h late by rly enquiry conact no. 139. So, the passangers did not travel in this train. But your arrival/departure history is showing its late dep. by 3h45m late only. Pl. comment and correct it accordingly. Rlys have not refunded full amount against the TDR filed by us.

its too bad...... plz stop it dont make passengers stupid while giving them option of this train..... its always late
feeling very bad after hearing your feedback sir..
special trains runs behind time in maximum cases and when all trains are fully packed then some passengers who r in need to travel they prefer these trains

I know that these special trains run late, but when you don't have a confirmed reservation during festivals and you may need to go home, then the delays doesn't matter, the only thing that matters is reaching home with a confirmed seat.. So in festivals there is no harm in them...
