If it's Madurai Chennai then there is chance to have higher occupancy even with 16Coach as both Madurai and Trichy contribute travellers and will reach Chennai by 12PM and will depart at 1630. As it's from TVL now its losing Trichy travellers both sides. as it's too late and too early for them. The occupancy figures would have reflected that of coimbatore VB and the sucess point is it arrives Chennai by 1200 making more day available for work. Return of coimbatore VB should be changed to 1630 so they can upgrade to 16 coach.
Let 8C rake run and if it shows good occupancy then 16C may be given
