For the first time, i spotted a e-loco in action at CVB as LGD WAP-4 22511 was doing banking duty ...

Looks so...also this train can easily get electric loco from Wadi to Bolarum.
Why the banking? Were there bankers for this train previously too?
No banker for this train and infact this section doesn't need bankers. Probably they are testing e-loco run i think
yes,freight loco can be given.as there be will be some always at sidings in wadi

This Train should be better run as Fast passenger as it have very less Avg speed of 29km/Hr and taking much time between Hyderabad Deccan to Bijapur

1. YPR-UBL land levelling is done at almost all stretches. Its the funds needed to lay tracks and other related works that is required. So bit by bit they are completing.

NOW 2019 Lok sabah elections come so no more activities takes place until finish the 2019 as state got Combined govt and center have different party so have to see this railway budget how much they provide for karnataka/SWR projects.

But brother he never said about LD-VSG completion which is phase 2 of Port connectivity Doubling.He saying only HPT UBL LD anyway From one of the goa member got info that Madgoan kulem earth works started and even Castle Rock to Tinai Ghat earth works for Doubling but time consuming stretches are CLR Kulem and VSG Madgoan.
Yes I didn't consider that because I dont know if Braganza ghat doubling will be taken up, given the environmental issues and then if it is, then surely it will take a long time to finish the ghat section.
