Why IR running this train i don't know, hardly anyone travels end to end unless in emergency. HWH-ADI has huge train shortage and this train runs with lots of reversals and long route.
This train must be speeded up and routed via normal route ( Via BSP-TATA-KGP) and change terminal to Shalimar instead of kolkata to be made useful train.

Loco reversals can be actually be eliminated imo. Instead of going in and out of Barkakhana, Ranchi Road and Patratau can easily be substitute stations. Ranchi Road as the name is suggestive is actually far better connected than Barkakhana.
Elimination of Chopan is a bit more challenging though, Obra Dam isn't a proper substitute for Chopan. Also water refilling is another challenge. Between DHN & KMZ, a reversal has to be done at CPU for refilling, as SGRL isn't up to the task.
But the main challenge is the complete lack...

धनबाद। धनबाद रेल मंडल के गढ़वा रोड, तोलरा व रजहरा स्टेशन पर प्रस्तावित नन इंटरलॉकिंग के मद्देनजर सीआईसी सेक्शन होकर चलने वाली ट्रेनों के परिचालन में बदलाव किया गया है। धनबाद होकर चलने वाली शक्तिपुंज एक्सप्रेस दोनों ओर से 22 दिसंबर तक धनबाद-गया होकर चलेगी। सीआईसी सेक्शन होकर चलने वाली हावड़ा-भोपाल एक्सप्रेस भी 12 और 19 दिसंबर को गया होकर चलेगी। वापसी में भोपाल - हावड़ा सात और 14 दिसंबर को कटनी, दीनदयाल उपाध्याय जंक्शन होकर चलेगी। कोलकाता-मदार एक्सप्रेस आठ और 15 दिसंबर और मदार- कोलकाता एक्सप्रेस 12 और 19 दिसंबर को इसी रूट से चलेंगी।
