Since the entire route is now electric, is piggybacking still going on?

They are doing some alterations in krnt-dhne sector to introduce vandebharat train (kcg-smvt). It could be a possible reason for delay
I don't think they will change end to end timings until dhne-mbnr is doubled. Probably they will use it as a slack. If I am not wrong , time also needed to clean washrooms
Trains already started running with elocos. Any trains which are doing piggybacking are good from now onwards. For other trains, it may take a while to get eloco allotment

Both trains were running late by few minutes, i boarded MEMU at Bibinagar by then Wainganga was 26 Kms behind. Though MEMU has too many halts, the way it was pacing i thought it might escape the overtake, but no, it had to surrender near Ragunathpally, stopped for its scheduled halt and main line turned green and what happend next ? Is in the video :)
