Thanks for observing. You will notice that the incremental speed between BZA and MDR (next station) is unusually low at 33. In such cases, timings are slightly off. Maybe it actually arrives at BZA around 10 minutes after what's mentioned in the schedule. That would make the speeds more realistic.
This way the incremental speeds serve as an important counter-check to validate the train timings at individual stations. Thanks.
