It can go via Bayana ,Fatehpur Sikri to Agra Fort/ Cantt.
If it goes to Agra Cantt. Then it would have rake reversal at Cantt. Then it would not need to go Achhnera Jn to Mathura jn. It can be directly linked to Agra Mathura main line.
If it goes to Agra Fort then Reversal at Agra fort to Achhnera and Mathura.
